MAG boxes (MAG 250, 322, 351, 420, 524 and newer) are purpose-built IPTV receivers — once configured, they work exactly like a classic satellite decoder: turn on the TV and the channels are there. Setup is different from other devices because MAG boxes use a portal URL instead of a username and password. Here is the complete process.

What you need

Step 1 — Send us your MAC address

MAG boxes are activated by MAC address. After your order, send the MAC printed under your box to our support team on WhatsApp. We link it to your subscription and send you the portal URL — usually within a few minutes.

Step 2 — Enter the portal URL

  1. Turn on the MAG box and wait for the inner portal to load
  2. Go to Settings > System Settings > Servers > Portals
  3. In Portal 1 name, type any name (for example “4K Gold”)
  4. In Portal 1 URL, enter exactly the portal address we sent you
  5. Leave Portal 2 empty, save with OK

Step 3 — Restart the box

Go back to System Settings > Restart Portal (or simply unplug the power for 10 seconds). When the box restarts, it loads the channel list, movies and the TV guide automatically. That’s the whole setup — from now on the box starts directly into your channels.

Common MAG box issues

Is a MAG box the right choice?

MAG boxes are perfect if you want a “TV-like” experience for the living room. If you prefer apps, a modern Android box or Firestick gives you more flexibility — compare in our IPTV boxes page or check the FAQ. Setup help is always free with our 24/7 support.
